You will manage end-to-end quality assurance for enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.
Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including end-to-end scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes.
Develop test strategies and manage all aspects of software testing and defect management, including leading defect calls.
Determine testing scope using a risk-based testing approach.
Verify that defect fixes and new features work as expected without causing regressions in affected areas.
Collaborate with other test teams to share testing knowledge and influence quality results.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance for small to large projects.
Hands-on manual testing experience within Salesforce (Sales or Service Cloud) environments.
Experience testing in Agile Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira, SQL Query, Apex, Roles, and Profiles.
At least one active Salesforce certification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Proven ability to validate screens and execute complex test scenarios.
