Description

You will manage end-to-end quality assurance for enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing across multiple systems and batch processes.
• Develop test strategies and manage defect management, including leading defect resolution calls.
• Determine testing scope using a risk-based approach to validate screens and complex scenarios.
• Verify that defect fixes and new features work as expected without causing regressions.
• Collaborate with test teams to share knowledge and influence quality outcomes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of IT Quality Assurance experience for small to large projects.
• Hands-on manual testing experience within Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud environments.
• Experience testing in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, SQL Query, Apex, Roles, and Profiles.
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Two or more Salesforce certifications.
