Description

You will own the quality assurance process for Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports across multiple projects.
• Perform testing on software, telecom, and reporting systems, validating user expectations.
• Review user requirements to ensure testability and execute functional, regression, and E2E testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or HP ALM, performing root cause analysis.
• Contribute to test automation initiatives, primarily focused on API testing and workflow validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce testing and various Salesforce modules.
• Understanding of the electric domain.
• Experience developing test strategies and plans, ensuring functional and integration testing coverage.
• Proficiency in defect tracking using Jira and HP ALM.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies: functional, regression, E2E.
• Ability to validate APIs and services through manual and automated test cases.
• Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Tosca.
