Description

You will own the implementation, configuration, and management of Salesforce TPM features within Consumer Goods Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure TPM features including Promotions, Trade Planning, CBP, and KPIs.
• Implement Consumer Goods Cloud functionalities such as Planning, Account Hierarchies, and Product Assortment management.
• Troubleshoot data and integration issues related to Promotions, Products, Assortments, and KPIs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and Lightning components specific to TPM requirements.
• Partner with business teams to translate promotion strategies into system functionality and document SOPs.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Consumer Goods Cloud or TPM.
• Strong understanding of TPM components: Promotions, Tactics, CBP, Claims, KPIs, Trade Planning, and Product Hierarchies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, page layouts, and approval processes.
• Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations.
• Experience supporting data refresh, migration, and environmental alignment across orgs.
