Description

You will lead Salesforce training and implementation initiatives, focusing on Field Service adoption and instructional design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Salesforce Field Service training programs for classroom and remote environments.
• Create instructional designs using Agile methods to support user adoption.
• Implement eLearning modules and AI assistants to streamline user support.
• Standardize job aids and modernize internal resource sites.
• Drive change management efforts to increase user satisfaction and adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Integration and Training.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and Agile Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service.
• Familiarity with PowerBI for reporting and analytics.
• Experience creating content using Articulate 360.
• Video production skills using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
• Experience developing and managing AI assistants.
