Description

You will deliver technical Salesforce training and support to users throughout implementation and post Go-Live phases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led virtual training sessions covering Accounting, Reports and Dashboards, Administrator, and Community Hub Administrator topics.
• Develop and maintain training materials including manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and quick reference guides updated with latest release notes.
• Support users by addressing questions regarding product development cycles, sprint schedules, and user story backlogs.
• Translate business operations into effective training programs to drive user adoption.
• Protect PHI, PII, and PCI data by following appropriate security protocols during all training activities.

Required Skills

• 4 years of Salesforce training experience.
• 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• 4 years of Project Management experience.
• 4 years of experience with PM tools and concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for synthesizing data and creating recommendations.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, users, and external vendors.
