Description

You will own the creative direction and design strategy for all Salesforce platform projects, aligning user experience with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect user journeys and workflows for Salesforce applications, prioritizing usability and accessibility.
• Guide the design and implementation of custom Lightning components and branded portals within Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Develop and evangelize design standards and best practices for Salesforce-driven applications.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the multidisciplinary design team, including UX/UI designers and Salesforce specialists.
• Establish and monitor design governance processes to maintain compliance with corporate policies and accessibility requirements.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional working experience.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform design principles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Experience leading design vision and strategy communication to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Experience in guiding pixel-perfect execution with Salesforce developers.
• Experience championing data-driven design using analytics.
