Description

Act as technical lead for Salesforce and Veeva CRM implementations, managing the full delivery lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build point-and-click configurations within Salesforce and Veeva CRM environments.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications through regular stakeholder interaction.
• Write detailed business requirements and manage project workflows using Jira or ALM.
• Coordinate with external vendors to prioritize and execute project implementation tasks.
• Take ownership of project delivery and technical design decisions.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce and Veeva CRM development.
• Deep technical knowledge of Veeva CRM product capabilities and features.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Veeva configuration.
• Proficiency in project management tools including Jira and ALM.
• Strong understanding of Medical Device business processes and sales operations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in a business context.
