Description

You will own the end-to-end development and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple client engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design architectures, and write clean, debuggable code for Force.com organizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical specifications.
• Develop customized reports, dashboards, and processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Implement complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build applications using Aura, Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder, and LWC.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer on diverse engagements.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Apex, Core Java, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Apex, REST/SOAP, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce in large-scale engagements.
• Proven ability to perform data migration using Import Wizard or Apex Data Loader.
• Functional understanding of Salesforce Cloud products (Sales, Service, Community).
• Must hold PD1 Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with GitHub or RTC.
• Familiarity with automation tools or IVR Technologies (AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot).
