Description

You will lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions using the Velocity/OmniStudio suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture using DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, FlexCards, and the Calculation Engine.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs within the Salesforce and OmniStudio ecosystem.
• Architect data models, integration patterns, and user interfaces tailored to Velocity Industry Clouds.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and participate in the full project lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to organizational architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Architect.
• Deep expertise in OmniStudio components: DataRaptors (Turbo Extract, Load, Transform), Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, FlexCards, and Calculation Engine/Matrixes.
• Experience implementing solutions within at least one Velocity Industry Cloud (Communications, Media and Entertainment, Energy and Utilities, Insurance, or Health).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the AppExchange ecosystem.
• Proficiency in data modeling and designing efficient structures within Salesforce and OmniStudio.
• Experience with integration patterns including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce OmniStudio Certification (Developer, Consultant, or Architect).
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of performance optimization within Salesforce and OmniStudio environments.
