Lead technical architecture and solution design for large-scale Salesforce and Vlocity engagements.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end CRM solutions and technical architectures tailored to specific client needs.
Lead project discovery, conducting customer workshops to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Manage the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, debugging, performance analysis, and deployment to Vlocity.com organizations.
Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
Support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals and estimating project scope.
Required Skills
Extensive experience implementing end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Architect on large Salesforce/Vlocity engagements.
Deep expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes.
Hands-on experience with Vlocity platform development.
Proficiency in designing integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
Ability to prepare end-to-end solution design documents and guide development teams.
Salesforce or Vlocity certifications in Architect or Consulting tracks (e.g., Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud).
