Description

You will design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including OmniStudio integrations and UI components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using SOAP, REST, WSDL, and SSL.
• Develop OmniStudio solutions including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Implement Salesforce Flow automation and Apex Managed Sharing for access control.
• Customize and configure Salesforce UI, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with USA-based onsite teams and business stakeholders for project alignment and knowledge transition.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce.com development, implementation, and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks for Salesforce development.
• Proven experience with OmniStudio components.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Flow and Apex Managed Sharing.
• Mandatory experience with SOAP, REST, WSDL, and SSL integrations.
• Proficiency in SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows.
• Ability to build reports, dashboards, and document templates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Einstein AI, or Analytics.
