You will design, implement, and maintain voice integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect to support customer service and sales operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design voice integration architectures linking Salesforce and Amazon Connect.
• Implement seamless connectivity for customer service and sales teams.
• Maintain existing voice integration workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Optimize the integration between Salesforce and Amazon Connect platforms.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development or integration.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce platform development.
• Deep technical knowledge of Amazon Connect services.
• Proven ability to build integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect.
• Experience supporting customer service and sales team telephony requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
