Description

You will design and manage digital content strategies for large-scale websites and diverse service portfolios. You own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from discovery and governance to delivery and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level content strategies focusing on logical taxonomies, user journeys, and human-focused design.
• Plan the discovery, analysis, segmentation, delivery, and governance of enterprise-level content.
• Conduct content audits and inventorying to identify gaps and optimize information architecture.
• Execute SEO strategies using technical and on-page methodologies to improve SERP results and traffic.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into plain, accessible language.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in website content development for large organizations.
• Proficiency with Sitecore or a comparable CMS.
• Strong SEO expertise, including keyword research and tracking KPIs via site analytics.
• Expert copywriting and editing skills for diverse digital channels (web, social, email, advertising).
• Experience with project management tools including Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and Teams.
• Ability to align content with business goals, stakeholder objectives, and user needs.
• Knowledge of content marketing and digital asset management.
• Experience with content auditing, governance models, and accessibility compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UX, Web Design, Communications, Marketing, English, or Journalism.
• 1 year of experience using Salesforce or Google Analytics.
• Experience with chatbots, search consoles, and helpdesk services.
