Description

You will develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce CRM solutions focusing on AI agent development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, workflows, and dashboards.
• Design and build AI agents within the Agentforce platform using AI experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment to deliver software solutions.
• Support integration, automation, and deployment using Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, and AutoRABIT.
• Communicate technical details effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Apex and SOQL development.
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Experience developing solutions within the Agentforce platform.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Skills in Troubleshooting complex system issues.
• Experience with integration and deployment processes.
