Description

Lead quality assurance, test automation, and release engineering for manual and automation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automation QA teams through testing and release engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and diagnose quality issues across the product.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to maintain quality and reliability standards.
• Partner with QA Team Leads to manage the release process and ensure end-to-end test coverage.
• Drive resolution for escalations, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term remediations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Apex.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce Litify platform applied to the legal industry.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience using GitHub and Radar.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and implement testing best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing post-mortem processes for technical escalations.
