Description

Lead technical implementation and optimization of the nCino banking platform to meet business requirements and reduce operational risk.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and architecture input to application development and support teams based on business requirements.
• Create detailed architecture and design diagrams to guide system builds according to established standards.
• Research new technologies and build proof of concepts to establish developer guidance and standards.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to enforce standards and enhance technical frameworks.
• Guide development teams through the Architecture Review Board process and assist with technical hurdles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, security, DevOps, and Cloud technologies.
• nCino Certification.
• Expertise in Salesforce and nCino within a banking environment.
• Advanced skill in middle layer technologies, including MessageQueues and API management.
• Proficiency in SQL and development tools such as Visual Studio.
• Experience with mobile development libraries and low-code platforms.
• Ability to create structured logical and deployment diagrams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Strong business process analysis and business analysis skills.
