Description

You will manage end-to-end integration projects at the intersection of Salesforce and SAP within an enterprise environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce and SAP integration projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional resources.
• Administer Jira boards and workflows to monitor task assignments and ensure SLA adherence.
• Oversee Salesforce standard and custom objects to ensure data integrity and configuration best practices.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and SAP systems by coordinating terminology and system logic with SAP teams.
• Lead a ticket resolution team responsible for triage, analysis, and escalation of incidents and change requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience specifically with Salesforce and SAP projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira for project and ticket management.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including standard/custom objects and workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP terminology, data structures, and common integration use cases.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor a team handling ticket resolution and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications.
