Description

You will operate and administer the Salsify platform, managing attributes, product types, taxonomies, and digital assets to maintain data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain channel feeds and syndication pipelines for retailers, marketplaces, and internal systems.
• Perform bulk data imports/exports, file transformations, and routine data loads using CSV, Excel, and Salsify import templates.
• Design and enforce content validation rules and conduct content health reviews.
• Develop integrations with upstream (ERP/MDM) and downstream systems (eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, SFTP/S3) using APIs, connectors, or middleware tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Salsify or similar Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Strong knowledge of product data models, attributes, families, and taxonomy design.
• Practical experience building and troubleshooting channel feeds for retailers and marketplaces.
• Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with CSV/TSV, and data transformation concepts.
• Experience working with Salsify APIs (Query API / REST), building integrations via API, SFTP, or connector platforms.
• Basic scripting abilities in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
