Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of software asset management, ensuring organizational compliance with license agreements. Your work will focus on complex strategic licenses for Hosted, Data Center, and Healthcare environments, covering both perpetual and cloud-based models.

Responsibilities

• Track and ensure compliance with software license agreements across the organization.
• Manage the full license lifecycle, including contract review, entitlement processing, and license creation.
• Confirm Product Use Rights, rules, and software discovery results.
• Support renewals, optimization opportunities, and reharvesting efforts.
• Provide audit responses when required.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Asset Management.
• Strong data analysis capabilities to support license management.
• Experience managing complex Hosted, Data Center, and Healthcare licenses.
• Knowledge of perpetual and cloud-based licensing models.
• Familiarity with major vendors such as Broadcom, IBM, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
• Ability to handle contract reviews and entitlement processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Epic or Varian software environments.
