Description

You design and develop custom solutions and integrations for Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and systems. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize SAM modules to meet organizational needs and improve software asset management practices.
• Integrate SAM tools with other IT systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between SAM systems and procurement, finance, and ITSM tools.
• Automate routine tasks related to software asset tracking and management.
• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards on software asset utilization and compliance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Software Asset Management.
• Proven experience with Flexera.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow SAM.
• Experience with Snow License Manager.
• Knowledge of ITSM principles and tooling.
• Ability to develop and enforce data validation rules to maintain data integrity.
• Experience creating data import/export processes.
