Description

Lead large-scale ERP programs by managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Plan project schedules, budgets, and goals in collaboration with project managers.
• Manage dependencies between projects and workstreams to ensure scope and outcome achievement.
• Control schedule, cost deliverables, risk management, and scope to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Orchestrate responses to customer scope changes and manage scope changes within the project.
• Provide guidance to lower-level project managers and collaborate with executive management.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of enterprise project management or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with a cloud-based ERP platform such as SAP, Infor, Oracle, or Workday.
• Relevant certifications including PMP, PgMP, or other recognized licenses.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and the SDLC project life cycle.
• Experience working with data systems and acting as a liaison between business users and technical staff.
• Proven ability to build effective teams, manage conflict, and define roles and objectives.
• Experience managing program and associated project budgets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience allocating resources and resolving resource constraints.
