Description

Functional Business Analyst supporting the State Financials system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements for application design.
• Configure system settings to meet business, regulatory, or legislative requirements.
• Test configurations and coordinate testing of new functionality to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for users.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to research, analyze, and resolve system or user problems.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience writing and interpreting functional and business requirements.
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP financial modules.
• Experience with accounts payable, procurement, reporting, or budgeting processes.
• Ability to create, execute, and manage testing plans and scripts.
• Knowledge of data extraction methods and system analysis.
• Competency in documenting project standards and methodologies.
• Ability to research information and develop feasible business area solutions.
