You will design and develop accessible, 508-compliant instructional materials and digital learning experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop 508-compliant materials including storyboards, video scripts, course outlines, and job aids.
• Create SCORM-compliant webinars, microlearning, and full-length eLearning courses using authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
• Design and administer assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs.
• Track project milestones and document progress to ensure all deadlines are met.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, or Training and Development.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience developing SCORM-compliant content for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Deep understanding of 508-compliance and accessibility best practices.
• Practical knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to produce diverse formats including video, instructor-led training, and printable aids.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
