Description

Design and develop accessible, SCORM-compliant training materials and interactive courses for technical audiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and audience analyses to define learning objectives and performance gaps.
• Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, including storyboards, video scripts, job aids, and course outlines.
• Create interactive eLearning courses, microlearning modules, and webinars using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure learner comprehension and analyze data to improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Experience creating SCORM-compliant content and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Expertise in 508-compliance requirements and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to design various formats including instructor-led materials, virtual training, and video scripts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for multimedia assets.
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and Kirkpatrick’s Level of assessments.
