You will design and develop instructional programs and materials that align with organizational goals and learner needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and audience analyses to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
• Design and develop 508-compliant instructional materials, including storyboards, video scripts, course outlines, and job aids.
• Create interactive eLearning courses, microlearning modules, and SCORM-compliant webinars using authoring tools.
• Develop and administer assessments such as quizzes, simulations, and practical exercises to measure learner progress.
• Analyze assessment data to evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, or Training and Development.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience developing SCORM-compliant courses and working within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of 508-compliance requirements for accessible learning materials.
• Expertise in instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using project management tools.
• Skill in creating various formats including instructor-led training, video, and printable job aids.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
