Description

You will design and develop instructional materials and eLearning programs to meet organizational learning objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and audience analyses to identify performance gaps.
• Design 508-compliant materials including storyboards, video scripts, and job aids.
• Develop interactive, SCORM-compliant eLearning courses and microlearning modules.
• Create and administer assessments to measure learner progress and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Training and Development.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience with SCORM-compliant course development and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Deep understanding of 508-compliance requirements for accessible learning materials.
• Knowledge of instructional design models including ADDIE and SAM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong ability to analyze assessment data to drive instructional improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Workday.
