Description

You will lead the functional implementation and configuration of Workday Financials modules, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable and Banking & Settlements.

Responsibilities

• Implement Workday Accounts Payable and Banking & Settlements modules.
• Analyze customer requirements to define functional design and system architecture.
• Coordinate with technical teams and implementation partners to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Develop, execute, and coordinate testing plans and scripts for new installations or upgrades.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions for target audiences.
• Research and analyze system problems to develop effective business area solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional Workday roles.
• Extensive experience with Workday Accounts Payable modules.
• Extensive experience with Workday Banking & Settlements modules.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle implementation processes.
• Knowledge of Workday Financials, reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Understanding of accounting considerations including 1099 processing.
• Ability to prepare models, diagrams, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Experience developing change management plans and communication plans.
• Ability to act as a liaison between business owners and technical units.
