Description

You will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday financial modules, specifically Accounts Payable and Banking & Settlements, to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to develop functional designs, prototypes, and business solutions.
• Execute change management plans and develop training materials, including manuals and courses.
• Coordinate testing of new installations or upgrades by creating and executing test scripts.
• Consult with technical staff and implementation partners to ensure system functionality adheres to laws and regulations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Workday Accounts Payable and Banking & Settlements modules.
• Ability to develop Workday reports and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience conducting application design and architecture component configuration.
• Skill in researching and analyzing system or user problems using analytical techniques.
• Ability to prepare models, diagrams, layouts, and documentation for project standards.
• Knowledge of data extraction methods, quality assurance plans, and change management processes.
• Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between multiple workgroups and stakeholders.
• Capability to manage tasks efficiently and report progress to Project Managers or Sponsors.
