You will design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards within the Workday HCM and Financial Management platforms.
Responsibilities
Design and implement custom reports using Workday reporting tools to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable technical specifications.
Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and key insights.
Maintain and update existing reports to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security.
Document report requirements, specifications, and processes for knowledge sharing.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, business, or a related field with 3 years of experience in report/analytics development (or Associate’s degree with 4 years).
Experience in business requirements gathering and technical documentation.
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Report Designer, Adaptive Planning, and Prism Analytics.
Preferred Skills
Experience developing Basic, Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and BIRT reports.
Background supporting Workday HCM areas such as Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, or Compensation.
