You will own technical deliverables and resolve priority incidents in a multi-vendor environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle priority incidents and resolve technical issues within tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously in a multi-vendor support model.
• Collaborate with business process teams and stakeholders to meet technical requirements.
• Coordinate technical tasks using ticketing tools.

Required Skills

• Experience with WRICEF development.
• Proficiency in Web-services development using ODATA or SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe forms.
• Working knowledge of Service Now or Jira.
• Ability to work closely with business process teams.
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing deliverables in a multi-vendor environment.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of relevant experience.
