Description

You will design, develop, and maintain SAP IS-U/ECC back-office utility processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard applications, online screens, batch reports, and interface files.
• Analyze business requirements to define detailed system specifications.
• Configure and test ECC/IUT modifications for new development and production support.
• Debug and resolve production issues in collaboration with operations and business teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of SAP ABAP experience with specific focus on SAP IS-U.
• Proficiency in ABAP, ALE, AVL, IDOC, BADI, Switch Doc, Workflow, and Device Management.
• Experience with FICA, Dunning, Billing, Invoicing, and Bill Print.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM, including call center, telephony integration, and interaction center processes.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile frameworks (SCRUM, KANBAN).
• Basic web knowledge.
• Prior experience supporting home utility clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience estimating costs and resolving complex production issues.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with business teams.
