Description

You develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs across ECC and S/4HANA systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Extract and analyze data from custom Z-tables across FI, MM, SD, and HR modules.
• Prepare technical documentation including data extraction logic, field-level mappings, and source-to-target lineage.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of custom reports and data extraction routines.
• Support migration and transformation initiatives involving ECC to S/4HANA.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP ABAP experience, with 3+ years specifically in S/4HANA.
• Core ABAP programming proficiency in both ECC and S/4HANA.
• Strong command of Classical and Object-Oriented (OO) ABAP.
• Hands-on experience with BDC, BAPI, RFC, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms.
• Knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, and BADIs.
• Experience with Z-table extraction, joins, filters, and delta logic.
• Familiarity with Open SQL and Native SQL usage.
• Ability to create data dictionary objects (Z tables, views, domains, data elements).
• Understanding of SAP development standards and naming conventions.
