Job Description: SAP ABAP Consultant (PI/PO Integration) – Remote Contract

Role: SAP ABAP Developer with PI/PO Integration

Engagement Type: Contract / Freelance (highly preferred)

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST (aligned with EST overlap)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP programs (RICEF objects)

Design and implement SAP PI/PO integration scenarios

Work on interfaces (IDoc, RFC, Proxy, Web Services) between SAP and external systems

Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues

Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices

🧠 Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP ABAP (7+ years preferred)

Hands-on expertise in SAP PI/PO (Process Integration / Process Orchestration)

Experience with IDocs, ALE, RFCs, BAPIs, Enhancements, User Exits

Good understanding of integration patterns and middleware architecture

Exposure to S/4HANA is a plus

Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup
