Responsibilities

 •    Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. •    Work on S/4HANA ABAP development and support projects. •    Develop and enhance CDS Views, OData Services and APIs. •    Work with BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Framework and BAPI. •    Develop OOPS ABAP applications and reports. •    Work on ALV reports, Module Pool, Function Modules, RFC and BDC programs. •    Develop and maintain Adobe Forms and Smart Forms. •    Perform debugging, dump analysis and root-cause analysis of production issues. •    Perform ABAP performance tuning and optimization. •    Handle change requests, break-fixes, transport requests and post-implementation support. •    Coordinate with functional consultants for requirement analysis and technical solutions. •    Perform unit testing and support integration/UAT activities. •    Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to team members. •    Support S/4HANA migration/conversion and application development activities. Required Technical Skills •    5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP. •    Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. •    ABAP Reports, ALV, DDIC, Function Modules, BAPI, BADI and Enhancements. •    Strong experience in ABAP OOPS. •    Experience in CDS Views and CDS-based reporting. •    Experience in OData Services / REST APIs. •    Knowledge of Adobe Forms and Smart Forms. •    Experience in debugging and dump analysis. •    Knowledge of performance tuning. •    Experience with interfaces such as RFC, Web Services and APIs. •    Knowledge of modern ABAP syntax and inline declarations. •    Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 and Fiori Elements is an advantage. •    Exposure to RAP (Managed/Unmanaged) is an advantage. These areas are also reflected in the candidate's resume. Educational Qualification •    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related discipline. Preferred Skills •    Good analytical and problem-solving skills. •    Strong communication and client-interaction skills. •    Ability to understand functional specifications and convert them into technical solutions. •    Experience working in SAP support and development projects. •    Ability to work independently as well as within a project team.
