Description

You will be an SAP ABAP Developer focusing on payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations based on functional specifications or modify existing code per feedback.
• Address payroll integration defects and troubleshoot issues with stakeholders.
• Follow change control procedures for all integration modifications.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve code and data quality.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years developing/maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Proficiency in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures.
• Proven ability to translate functional specifications into key business process integrations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification.
• 5+ years of total working experience.
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, or Python.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience with APIs or middleware.
• Prior experience supporting large scale transformation programs.
