Description

You will maintain, enhance, and scale applications within the SAP payroll system. You will design and implement functional and technical solutions to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop major technology features and integrated solutions for enterprise application domains.
• Author, review, and approve requirements and specifications for Payroll systems.
• Create functional design documents, system reference guides, process diagrams, and training materials.
• Maintain reporting metrics and procedure documentation to ensure consistent problem handling and SLA achievement.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with SAP Payroll development.
• Advanced knowledge of Object Oriented ABAP.
• Proficiency in SAP payroll processes, including payroll clusters, off-cycle payments, 3rd party remittance, benefits, and garnishments.
• Experience developing data migration programs using BDCs Session Method, Call Transaction, and LSMW.
• Knowledge of SAP Workflow and US Tax models.
• Experience with Idoc, SML, and Enhancement Pack for ECC 6.0 Enh7 / Netweaver.
• Willingness to work outside the SAP stack in areas such as Java and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Payroll development.
• 2+ years of experience working with IDocs, Proxies, and Webservices.
• 5+ years of functional and technical experience in Overpayment Processing.
