Description

You will own the full lifecycle of SAP development, from requirement analysis to deployment and support, within an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow.
• Implement and support SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, PP).
• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in an Application Management Support (AMS) environment.
• Resolve complex technical issues using structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders to ensure precise requirement gathering and delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong proficiency in ABAP programming and SAP development tools.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HANA.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.
• Experience across multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, PP).
• Proven experience working in onsite/offshore collaboration models.
• Ability to manage SLAs and KPIs in a support capacity.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori development.
