Description

You will develop and optimize solutions within the SAP ABAP domain, focusing on S/4HANA architecture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize ABAP programs, reports, function modules, and classes for performance.
• Implement HANA-optimized solutions using AMDP, SQLScript, and Table Functions.
• Support migration of legacy ABAP code to S/4HANA optimized design.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable ABAP objects with parallel execution capabilities.
• Conduct performance analysis using ST05 SQL Trace, SAT, and HANA PlanViz.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Full Cycle SAP Implementations.
• Expertise in performance tuning of ABAP programs and database queries.
• Hands-on experience with CDS views, associations, and OData services.
• Proficiency with ABAP Parallel Processing techniques (Parallel Cursor, Asynchronous RFC, Background Jobs).
• Experience with AMDP and table functions for HANA optimization.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP on HANA optimization techniques (pushdown, CDS table functions).
• Sound knowledge in User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework.
• Working knowledge in BAPIs and ALE/IDOCs.
• Experience with ABAP/4 programming including SAPScript, IDocs, BAPI, RFC.
