Description

Develop and maintain ABAP solutions for SAP HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules, ensuring high code quality and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ABAP code, including reports and interfaces, to support HR/Payroll/Benefits business processes.
• Build and troubleshoot data exchange methods using IDocs, ALE, and web services between SAP and external/internal systems.
• Implement and manage integrations using SAP XI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Collaborate with functional teams, SAP Basis, and business users to gather requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Perform unit, system, and regression testing to ensure solution stability and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in ABAP programming.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules: Personnel Administration, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP XI/PO, including IDoc mapping and ALE.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP Integration Suite.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging complex ABAP and integration issues.
• Experience with web services and middleware tools.
• Background in large SAP implementations, preferably within the utility sector.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with SAP Basis for technical environment management.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
