Description

You will develop and maintain ABAP code for SAP ECP enhancements, custom reports, interfaces, and data transfers.

Responsibilities

• Write software code according to functional and non-functional criteria and quality standards.
• Develop ABAP code for Employee Center and Compensation modules within the Payroll SF system.
• Configure systems in production environments and install tested applications.
• Ensure all products comply with information security, data privacy, license compliance, and audit control guidelines.
• Define solutions for technical IT bottlenecks and improve software solutions through application lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ABAP coding.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.
• Knowledge of security compliance and risk controls surrounding payroll systems.
• Ability to translate business criteria and customer needs into technical products.
• Experience managing technical solutions for user stories and complex systems.
• Strong assessment skills to prioritize urgent tasks under high pressure.
• Any Graduate degree.
