Description

You will develop, maintain, and optimize ABAP code for SAP Employee Center and Compensation modules, including custom reports, interfaces, and data transfers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain ABAP code for SAP ECP enhancements, custom reports, interfaces, and data transfers.
• Configure production environments and install tested applications according to functional and quality standards.
• Define solutions for technical IT bottlenecks and improve software through application lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with information security, data privacy, license, and audit control guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ABAP coding.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.
• Knowledge of security compliance and risk controls for payroll systems.
• Ability to translate business criteria and customer needs into technical products.
• Experience managing technical solutions for user stories and complex systems.
• Strong assessment skills to prioritize urgent tasks under high pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Employee Center and Compensation modules within the Payroll SF system.
• Any Graduate degree.
