Description

Design, code, and maintain ABAP applications to support business requirements.

You will own the full lifecycle of RICEFW developments, from translating business designs into technical solutions to executing unit tests and resolving issues via debugging. You will collaborate with functional analysts and participate in peer reviews, providing effort estimations across the project lifecycle. You must follow departmental standards for source code control and transport management.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and implement ABAP applications based on Change Request Documents.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to transform business designs into technical solutions.
• Execute unit tests to ensure business rules are covered and resolve issues via debugging.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide effort estimations across the project lifecycle.
• Follow departmental standards for source code control and transport management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ABAP programming experience.
• Proven experience with at least 2 implementation projects and 1 support project.
• Strong working knowledge of RICEFW developments and standard SAP process enhancements.
• Experience with interface development using File, RFC, IDOC, and BAPI.
• Proficiency in using Web Services and proxy-based interfaces.
• Ability to map business requirements to appropriate technical solutions.
• Experience working within Scrum teams and coordinating with various IS teams.
• Bachelor's Degree.
