Description

You will design, develop, and administer SAP Business Workflow workstreams. You own the full lifecycle of workflow implementations, from analysis to production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer SAP workflows that meet specific business requirements.
• Code, troubleshoot, and maintain ABAP programs relevant to workflow processes.
• Monitor workflow systems and batch jobs to ensure optimal efficiency and resolve performance issues.
• Manage scheduling and execution of standard workflow batch jobs and extended email notification configurations.
• Resolve misdirected, orphaned, or errored workflows and provide escalated support for issues unresolved by the Help Desk.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP development experience.
• Specialized experience in SAP Business Workflow implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP Workflow analysis, design, and development.
• Experience with ABAP development, enhancement, support, and upgrades.
• Functional knowledge of SAP modules including FI, MM, SD, and HR.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot workflow-related batch jobs.
• Produce and monitor process metrics to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
