Description

You will develop and support SAP HR modules, delivering ABAP objects and configuration to meet business requirements and compliance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP ABAP objects including reports, forms, and enhancements to meet RICEFW requirements.
• Execute end-to-end development activities from prototyping and effort estimation to technical design, unit testing, and production support.
• Configure HR modules and manage the full development lifecycle, including code reviews and CTS process management.
• Collaborate with HR departments and SAP Portfolio managers to align with development standards and business priorities.
• Prepare technical specifications, implementation plans, and user training documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP with a specific focus on HR.
• Proficiency in HR ABAP programming, including Workflows, Dialog Programming, and Interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Forms, Scripts, Adobe Forms, and WebDynpro.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) practices.
• Expertise in ABAP debugging and analyzing existing processes to provide solutions.
• Experience with the Enhancement Framework and Infotypes.
• Familiarity with RICEF objects and the CTS process.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP HR functional and configuration knowledge.
• Experience with payroll schema and configuration.
