Description

You will design and develop SAP applications using the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) and optimize ABAP objects for performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Behaviour Definitions, Service Bindings, and CDS View models.
• Implement Business objects, Draft Handling, Transactional Processing, Validations, and Determinations.
• Develop Object Oriented ABAP using Classes, Interfaces, and Factory Patterns.
• Debug, optimize, and manage object transports and versioning for both GUI and ADT environments.
• Lead junior developers, estimate task effort, and translate requirements into technical designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ABAP development.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
• Proficiency in CDS View modeling, Access Control Language, Metadata extensions, and Annotations.
• Experience with both Managed and Unmanaged RAP scenarios.
• Strong understanding of Test Driven Development and Clean Core Development Guidelines.
• Ability to develop typical ABAP RICEF objects.
• Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
