Description

Design and implement complex retail solutions within an S/4 HANA environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into complete system specifications and RICEFW objects.
• Manage the design, build, and support of retail application business processes.
• Validate proposed changes and assess technical impacts as a solution custodian.
• Analyze complex requirements and facilitate workshops to document customer needs.
• Mentor senior team members and perform knowledge transfers to deployment resources.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA environments.
• Proficiency with BAPIs, BADIs, and BDC.
• Experience with Enhancement spots.
• Expertise in Module pool programming.
• Experience with Smart Forms and Adobe forms.
• Proficiency in LSMW and OData.
• Ability to translate gaps into RICEFW objects and estimate effort/impact.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
