Description

Design, build, and support complex SAP solutions, focusing on the S/4 HANA environment.

You own the translation of business requirements into technical specifications and RICEFW objects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP code using enhancement spots, BAPIs, BADIs, module pools, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
• Translate functional requirements into complete system specifications and manage the creation of RICEFW objects.
• Support SAP Solution Template integrity, validating changes and assessing their impact on the system.
• Partner with stakeholders to transform business processes and implement complex Retail solutions.
• Conduct workshops to collect requirements and act as the liaison for troubleshooting and resolving software issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proven experience in S/4 HANA environments.
• Deep knowledge of BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, LSMW, OData, and Adobe Forms.
• Ability to analyze complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Experience with knowledge transfer and mentoring senior team members.
• Strong understanding of retail industry business processes and KPIs.
