Description

Lead technical implementation of ABAP on HANA for on-site and offshore teams, communicating directly with client directors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and offshore development teams to drive technical implementation.
• Communicate project status and technical updates directly to client directors.
• Architect and build solutions using ABAP on HANA, CDS, OData, and RAP.
• Develop and maintain SAP UI5 and Fiori interfaces.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure technical delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of professional experience in SAP environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in ABAP on HANA.
• Deep knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS), OData, and RAP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP UI5 and Fiori development.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams for 5+ years.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
