Description

You will lead the design and development efforts for SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a development team of ten to fifteen resources.
• Design and develop solutions using ABAP, focusing on Object Oriented programming.
• Provide training and mentoring to public sector employees from entry level onward.
• Apply functional knowledge across Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, or SuccessFactors EC.

Required Skills

• Eight or more years of experience as an SAP Lead Developer.
• Strong experience with ABAP design and development.
• Proficiency in ABAP Object Oriented programming.
• Functional knowledge in at least three of: Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, SuccessFactors EC.
• Four years of experience with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
• Two years of experience in training and mentoring public sector staff.
• Experience with SAP Lead Developer concepts.
